ОтветитьIf this workout is intended for beginners, then I must be a novice among novices because I can't complete the entire workout, and I've had to change the timing to 30 seconds of exercise followed by 30 seconds of rest. My core is aching after this, but not in a good way. After giving birth to two kids and not adequately strengthening my core in between (although I tried), I'm in the worst shape I've ever been

ОтветитьLove the beginners ab workout cause they're definitely still intense but they're very slow and controlled so I know I'm doing it right and the burn feels more intense overall.

ОтветитьHi madfit I've been doing this beginners ab workout 5 days a week and it was painful at first and I had to stop mid excercise but after 2 weeks it's now better and I don't stop but can complete each set without stopping so I can already see improvement so thank you. I'm a 59 yr old man. And am finding it certainly challenging but doable. Thanks for your efforts much appreciated Michael.

ОтветитьThe only one I find like hard it's when I need to lift the lower back up with the legs pointing up. The other ones are doable, some pain but doable. I'm 6", 210 pounds.
