They just look up information on the internet or are just interested in gold/silver content. I'm from Canada and I share all my information without looking in any book or on the internet.

The Norway 1964 10Kr coin is 20g 90%, mintage 1,408,000. The Sweden 1935 5Kr 25g 90%, mintage 663,815. Might be a bit hard to get your money back.

The old Russian silver rubles are indeed rare. Josef Stalin issued a demand for all silver coins to be collected by the Russian banks. The citizenry was warned against hoarding the coinage. Stalin had a few bank employees shot because the amount of coins taken in was unsatisfactory for him.
