ОтветитьThe old Russian silver rubles are indeed rare. Josef Stalin issued a demand for all silver coins to be collected by the Russian banks. The citizenry was warned against hoarding the coinage. Stalin had a few bank employees shot because the amount of coins taken in was unsatisfactory for him.
