He's aiming high because his plan is to crouch and have the crosshair level drop to the enemies head. Which isn't working out too well for him.

Valve should add different complexions for cs2, like randomly being tall, fat, short, etc.

I think he wanna have clear vision of the angle and yet able to hold that angle. With I play another games that uses like red dot sight, I tend to aim either higher or lower cause the dot is bloking the vision, maybe it some way its similar?

I guess, its just he's play style. When enemies comes out, he puts down he's crosshair into the head. And maybe ,for him its the best way to do headshots
