ОтветитьA just got a treadmill aiming at 10000 steps a day. 1 min fast 5 mins walk repeat. I was 80 kgs ,10 kgs over weight. Now i am at 70 kgs idea weight. Hope to stay at 68kgs. I m 170cm.

ОтветитьI'm only able to walk 2 miles a day....I have a full time job with 2 toddlers so 45 mins of walking is better than none... Wish I could do more but my schedule will not allow it

ОтветитьI’m 76 and I walk 7500 steps at a minimum every day…..feels good, don’t know if it’s enough steps or not. I just do it
