Block heels have been popular since the 70's and since they have never gone away in 50 plus years it's not really a 'trend' nor are they ever going anywhere. It's actually a platform shoe being shown and spoken about not a block heel shoe.

From a Marathoner: NO TO PVC !!! Gross but true: I knew PVC was bad for EVERYTHING, but I spent 12 hours in a pair of these last Summer, and now I'm on oral anti-fungal medication attempting to kill a toenail fungus that will make it basically impossible to run without special shoe guards, and say bye-bye to pretty sandals. NOW: long-distance runners know that toenails fall off, and you have to take care of your feet. But condensation is very bad for your toenails, (and I live in the VERY-DRY mountains of Colorado) steer clear. Cassie, I'm new to your channel, but love the videos, and your energy - I apologize for my first comment to be the plot of "The Last of Us."

Jelly shoes are very 90s. I used have the pink jelly shoes with glitter when I was a kid.

Loafers will have to be taken off my cold dead body LOL the ballet flats are atrocious :D I'm glad that the Jelly sandals are having a moment. I have a transparent pair with glitter in them and I WILL wear these with jeans this Spring.
