nice boxpok drivers.
ОтветитьDesigned for low quality ash coal. Used to do 110 in flat or slopy tracks. The WP had only 3 types of whistles. We as kids used to make it out, it's WP. It came up to hauling 10 carriages, until the diesels Alco WDS and WDMs took over
ОтветитьIt's sad that it doesn't drive anymore
ОтветитьAwesome video!
ОтветитьWonderful 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
ОтветитьThis is the best Locomotive sound I’ve ever heard.
ОтветитьBruh! That poor locomotive was vandalized by a bunch of kids with spray cans.
They should apprehend those disrespectful punks and have them paint it back to the way it was: all black with a tastful white star in the front.😮
India is Great
ОтветитьDid this steam train stop or is it still operating in India 2023?
ОтветитьWhere is steam whistle make the whistle giant

ОтветитьWhere is this place?
ОтветитьI remember travelling on the WP steam locomotive "Veer Bundela" from Mathura to Agra at night, in the early 1960s. It was a ride that I will never forget. This locomotive was housed at Jhansi Loco shed. My uncle was allocated 7059, built by Florisdorf, Austria and also a Jhansi engine. At present, to my knowledge, only one WP locomotive is plinthed at Senior Institute Jhansi. It is a latecomer, 7656 built in India.
ОтветитьWhat's the top speed of this loco
ОтветитьYe dehli ka hai
ОтветитьThese locos were most powerful. IR had these in limited numbers, mostly used to haul selected high profile trains
ОтветитьThese Indian steam loco is so slow.
It take a long time to get to any station.
I will subscribe and like the video.
The other loco was WP 7015. Foot plated on one run to Thane from CSMT.
