The only thing that could beat the raiju is the erebus and that's only because it's full auto and does hacks

I can vouch for the Raiju, absolutely carried me throughout the whole dlc but it can eat through your bullets really fast

I have learned about these new items and I must say I am big sad 😢 I'm a all natural gorilla arms user so these are reduced to stash decorations but hey who am I to say I won't use these when I remember I can't punch up at enemies.
