Needs more cowbell.
Ответитьi have no clue abt music, so i legit cant tell wats wrong wif the drummers
plus in whiplash i feel like ONLY the drummers getting shit on fr fr
Fletcher wants so badly to say "Wow, great job, you're amazing!" but that would give the game away
ОтветитьWhat a fucking meth head
ОтветитьI'm just here for the hilarious insults
ОтветитьDrummers always get it the worst I swear to god, I was in Drum line and jazz band in high school and we were the only ones to ever stay over, get private lessons, our teacher was always focused on the percussions
ОтветитьWhen O'Malley or whatever his name is adjusted the seat did he play it right and is that why Fletcher got upset
ОтветитьIs it just me or can I not really tell the difference between the speeds
Ответитьcant he not get sued for verbally abusing his band?
ОтветитьI wish to get teachar like him
Ответить"I think I'm gonna start calling you Flannery" followed by a hard cut remains my very favourite line in the film.
ОтветитьWhat I really like about this scene is that Fletcher roasted all three of them, instead of picking on anyone particular. While he's clearly pushing Neiman, he still make sure to insult all three of them all the same amount equally
Ответитьlmfaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaao
ОтветитьSo savage lol. My goodness now i need to watch it.
ОтветитьFun fact: Sportsphysiology doesn't work like this. After doing cyclical movements at maximum intensity for longer than 7 seconds, you start burning sugar for your ATP, and produce lactate as a bi-product that starts to build in your bloodstream. Depending on how well trained you are, you can elongate the time until your blood is too sour, and your muscles irressistably give in. It takes about 15 minutes for half of the lactate in your blood to leave the system, no matter the amount. And it takes about 1,5 to 2 minutes to fill the muscles storage of ATP, which has been blown in the first seven seconds of max intensity cyclical movements. You can't simply make them sit there for an hour, yelling at them to be "faster". You can hardly, if at all, train to increase maximum speed as most performance factors are related to immutable characteristics.
Ответить"I apologise to the musicians." Wow, what an insult to the drummers!
ОтветитьIt was the seat height, but for Neiman.
ОтветитьGordon Ramsey drum teacher version
ОтветитьOh God, it's dad helping me with English homework again
ОтветитьI just realized after the seat hight was changed neiman manage to earn the part so the seat hight was his problem
Ответитьdude in the red shirt got the perfect seat height for neiman, thats a great assist right there
ОтветитьBro just wanna hear blast beat
ОтветитьJ.K simmons gave an amazing performance in this role, if you hate an actor while watching a movie, then that actor deserved an Oscar. i don't think simmons has any bad qualities, the only bad thing about him is that he looks like an old baby...
Ответитьwhy is this the funniest scene in the whole movie
ОтветитьDude was going Super Saiyan 3
ОтветитьSome one needs to die for this random act of abuse!! This is beyond what normal people should have to deal with!!
ОтветитьI hate people like this
ОтветитьAm i the only one who thought Fletcher's insults are hilarious? Lmao
ОтветитьIt would be funny if he was making them do heavy metal double bass blast beats instead.
ОтветитьAs someone whose had 10 years of big band experience would this teacher fly in any prestigious band? Absolutely not, Fletcher would be fired in a heartbeat. Most jazz directors are chill and while they do expect you to know your stuff, as long as you come in and show them that you practiced your part you are completely fine. No way would a director actually take the time to put drummers through this. This is how you kill the vibe of any jazz band, jazz is supposed to be fun and enjoyable with a reasonable level of perfection and skill. The ONLY time I've seen a director get boisterous is if it's crunch time before a performance and somehow the band is still not together. It happened to me in college and our director was not having it, He told us " it was embarrasing" he didnt have to throw amything, abuse anyone or use insults but it ignited a flame in us to do better. So what we all did was we put together extra rehearsals outside of class and had multiple sectionals. The next week when we rehearsed we owned it.
ОтветитьThis was like The Phantom of the Opera but not so romantic
ОтветитьThe insults are just too funny.
ОтветитьHow do guys like this never get the shit beaten out of them?
ОтветитьAs a non-musician I can’t tell
ОтветитьMake sure your flipping neimans pages
ОтветитьYou know, this movie IS a straight-up comedy, right?
