How to Use Comments in Google Docs (Insert, Reply, Resolve & Delete)

It does not show anything about the comment so there's this green line with no text and my name within my document and i cannot remove it.

How to filter only unresolved comments?

When I go into a story that is shared in a Google Docs folder the comments on the right side of the document at "cut off." I cannot see complete sentences in the comments made by others or in my comments. Do you have a remedy for this?
