I have been making my eggs like that for decades, except mine are better because I do not add pepper. But thank you Chef Frank for showing me how you do it, and they do look delicious.
ОтветитьIn the UK and EU, you don't store eggs in the fridge. That's how the US screwed up
ОтветитьWarm the plate.
ОтветитьThat's how I do it.
ОтветитьI genuinely thought you were supposed to cook them incredibly slowly, like 10-15mins. constantly moving them around. that's the best way I've found to make scrambled eggs, but will have to give this a go
ОтветитьEating these as we speak. Probably the best scrambled eggs I've ever had.
ОтветитьNooo waay!! I loove fluffy, puffy eggs!! I add milk or crème fraiche….you should try it😉
ОтветитьEggs in the fridge controversially ???
ОтветитьNo , these eggs are not the best.
ОтветитьScrambled egg perfection! Using this cooking method I like to add just a bit of cheddar cheese and a few drops of hot sauce at the end, then on the side, skillet potatoes, bacon or cured ham, and a slice of toast or a biscuit for a meal that'll last all, and I mean all, morning long.
ОтветитьThat’s a perfectly over cooked scrambled eggs lol
The secret is to whisk it constantly as it’s cooking so it doesn’t get chunky
Also it’s important to move it off the heat every few seconds and whisk it while off the heat
Then for the perfect consistency place it over heat only for a few seconds then off again while whisking it
Then the eggs became smooth and more uniform not just a few chunks
Use little Milk
ОтветитьThese chefs have no problem cooking with all that butter 😮
ОтветитьI always add a splash of milk
ОтветитьI Prefer Fluffy the Dorchester in London makes it like porridge YUK
ОтветитьThis is how chefs say you’re ‘supposed’ to make scrambled eggs, but it’s like a dry crumbled omelette. Scrambled eggs are SO MUCH nicer if you a) add a little milk and b) whisk them in the pan while they cook
ОтветитьScrambled shamambled, make an omelet instead. Same method just don't do so much stirring and then throw some American cheese in there and flip it out of the pan.
ОтветитьToo dry eggs
Ответитьthey look like concrete... need to be smoother. Add the milk cream
ОтветитьI always add a touch of milk to the scrambled eggs and always use butter.... Never a complaint and always a complement.
ОтветитьThat ain’t enough butter in the south 😏
Ответитьew
ОтветитьYou're no Jacque Pepin he never says his food is the best new cooks today have big egos
ОтветитьLove those eggs
ОтветитьIsn’t butter unhealthy?
You are ruining healthy eggs.
Adding butter to anything makes it taste better….but very unhealthy..
A bit overcooked for me.
ОтветитьI swear your videos are sponsored by butter companies babes. 🤣
ОтветитьThe black pepper is a must…just try telling my wife that.
ОтветитьI never put butter on my eggs. Peace out.
ОтветитьToo simple
ОтветитьI do my eggs exactly like this, except I put cheese on top, plus some dried spices like red pepper flakes, parsley, and onion flakes.
ОтветитьSir I’m India chief but now I’m usa chief I’m watching you some one I don’t know 😢 😄🙂
ОтветитьWhen I try to use butter, it burns and turns black. What the heck am I doing wrong? I'm also using rather low heat and using a stainless steel pan. any suggestions please. I'm getting tired of using oils.
ОтветитьWe always cook our eggs with bacon grease 🤤
ОтветитьMaybe im crazy, but I love a crispy almost burnt egg, scrambled or not.
ОтветитьNo secret the dude likes butter
ОтветитьMarco Pierre White would like a word with you…
ОтветитьYou shouldnt keep eggs in the fridge!!!
ОтветитьChef jean can teach you how to make scrambled eggs!
ОтветитьButter seems to be the secret to everything
ОтветитьSorry chef. Mine are better. Salt takes ten minutes to dissolve, and the result is beautiful. Completely homogenized.
ОтветитьI'm sorry, these eggs are gross.
ОтветитьOK Frank what happens when you put eggs in the fridge??? Schoolboy error.
ОтветитьThis was super helpful. I’ve been struggling making scrambled eggs my whole life.
Ответитьwhat buter s that as butter is usually a lot more yellow

Ответитьsmashed omelette
ОтветитьThe dry overcooked eggs are what they serve at macdonald's.
ОтветитьTo each his own: I whip the eggs till fluffy with a hand blender then cook them with ghee.
