Great video. It's so easy to lose perspective but when it comes to keeping perspective you ARE a Rock Star! 👍
ОтветитьYou could even kill your competition by „boosting“ them and stop their income.
ОтветитьThank you for covering this issue. As a channel hit by the same issue as Miguel I was really excited to find out what got his AdSense reenabled. Apologies if i missed it but did not hear where this was discussed.
What was the reason for getting the adsense account reenabled?
I am hoping to try a similar approach to one day get my adsense account back too, thanks for any advice you can provide
I'm about to start my frist channel soon. This is incredibly scary. I've decided not to rely on AD revenue, and have a way of making my own money source through my own products and connection with my audience. Just in case. Best way, now. Do not rely on ads for main source of income.
Ответитьid love to know what is going on, im not a huge channel but i was averaging 150-200 views per hour and 3 new subs a day. Then all of a sudden at 5pm EST on the 25th my channell went to 0-5 views a day
ОтветитьIt's so messed up what happened to Nomad Barber. Hope he sorts it all out! He's a great guy
Ответитьdecent vid, thanks
ОтветитьOur team is out of work, now we don't even have anything else to do💔
ОтветитьThat’s why you can’t rely on social media as a job. It could be gone tomorrow.
ОтветитьI'm glad I won't ever have this problem. I 100% do not buy ads/views/subs, and my stats show it :D But, at my level, it's far less likely for bots to hit me, right?
ОтветитьLost 600 dollars because of invalid traffic,im from Philippines 🇵🇭 😢
ОтветитьIt is weird, cause I make like no money here. And stopped posting on my channel a year ago. Recently I have been getting more views and income then ever.
ОтветитьMy revenue has been tanking for months. I do not do any of these things.
ОтветитьOne of the simulation labs I associate with was playing our videos in their "lobby" to warm up the students before they came in the learn. I asked them to stop because I was worried it would get flagged. That said, their idea was cool to warm up students and the ads were not my revenue but I didn't want it to hurt me later. I exported the videos in a loop for them.
ОтветитьI ended up finally having this removed from my second instance by turning off my highest-performing video that was being pushed from Google search for 20 days. Then the notice went away. The issue is I don't want to turn it back on around the holiday buying season. So, now I have my RMP back but I am still making less because I can't turn back on my best performing video incase it flags me again.
ОтветитьNice video Daniel.
ОтветитьDoes invalid traffic strike applies to long form or short form? Or both?
Ответитьi just have a question, what is the Twitter thing Daniel keeps brining up? haha
ОтветитьThanks for all the tutorials.
ОтветитьI love your videos. I have a question. Could you show me how to make a fight scene like from an anime?
ОтветитьGreat multi-faceted discussion on the issue. Very insightful. You are the community leader for us all on this issue!
ОтветитьI dont earn much but I seem to get views in the 1000,s on a video then they get taken off me with no explanation. aaaggghhh frustrating!!!
ОтветитьDaniel, Thank you for being there for us creators and helping surface some of these topics and being a resource. Time for me to help support you and hop back into that membership 💪💪
ОтветитьYay, we are now monetized. Great info Daniel.. it's another obstacle we can't always see.
ОтветитьI have viewers who have said they play my stuff for company when they're lonely or alone. For calming them when life is strange. There's one lady who reached out to me when things were starting up in Ukraine to thank me for being her safe space. I cried when she said she puts my content on to keep terror at bay. That my voice drowns out the sounds of war for her is no small thing to me. That is priceless.
It might not be why I made my content, but I'm not gonna tell her, or anyone else not to view as much as they do because it helps them in ways that were not the purpose or intent for the channel. The extra money from being monetized is nice and all, but for me, for as small as my channel is, if those sorts of views and binge watching from individuals is why I have had "Invalid Traffic" warnings I'll gladly take that hit because all I've ever wanted to do was help others with what I do here.
While I might have a gaming channel, apparently, many of them come back for much more than that.
My fists might not be filled with dollars, but my heart is filled to overflowing with love from my fans and I'm all the richer for it.
I totally agree with Jamie on this one. I upload videos. I am a creator. I care about the quality of the video, and the tools for growth.
The moment I have to stop and divert my attention to something that isn't involved in the process of creating and relating to the audience I create for, I am now "No Longer" putting the Audience where they deserve to be. Which is what got them there to begin with.
Invalid anything should be a problem remedied by those who know what that is. We shouldn't be required in any way to account for something we have no control over. At the very least, Daniel, you touched on a great point that Rene Richie should diligently push, and that's Transparency. Don't trade "State Secrets" but at least give us the tools we need to tackle the issue and move on.
We were given the tools we have to upload, and establish SEO Strategies using tools, the same should be done to battle this problem as well.
I don't agree with part of the invalid traffic policy. I will admit that I love the hell out of a certain creator's videos. So much that I've watched a playlist of their work several, several times. I think it's that good. I'm not naming who so this doesn't look like a promotion comment. But I am a bit confused that, according to the invalid traffic guidelines I could be giving them invalid traffic just by being a big fan of them? That makes no sense. I get the reason for the safe guard as it prevents bot activity, but if someone is legitimately invested in content, shouldn't they be able to binge watch it without potentially screwing up the creator of the content?
ОтветитьIVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY CHANEL OFF AND RUNING FOR OVER THREE YEARS BUT IVE ONLY GOT 50 SUBSCRIBERS FOR OVER THE LAST YEAR. I DON'T REALLY CARE TO GET MONITIZED THAT MUCH BUT I WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO SEE WHAT I DO FOR SURE. IM A PUPPETEER AND A PUPPET CREATOR. BUT NOBODY SEEMS TO SEE WHAT I DO. SO IT REALLY SUCKS AND IT IS HARD ON THE EGO. I CAN'T IMAGINE LARGER CHANNELS THAT HAVE WORKED SUPER HARD TO GET THERE GET DEMONITIZED OR AFFECTED IN SUCH A LARGE WAY. THEY MAKE IT SUPER HARD TO GET IN THEN THEY MAKE IT SUPER HARD TO STAY IN.
ОтветитьSo glad you brought this up Daniel. I learned a lot which is why I love your channel! Thank you!
ОтветитьGood video, I can feel the frustration. I'm not there yet with regards to monetization, but I'd be pulling my hair out if it were me . Fight Win Prevail lads !
