It's a shame they removed scenes that would have made the film more complete and beautiful

His life was death and survival and battle and ruins of war ☹️☹️.. no sunshine or flowers anymore

I just noticed, everyone's pointed out that in the theatrical cut that Sarah calls him Reese until after he tells her he loves her, when she starts calling him Kyle. In this deleted scene, she calls him Reese during his breakdown. This scene is where she first starts seeing him as human.

The Kyle Reese actor and later in Aliens was the MAN.

Love this deleted scene. It shows how Kyle is affected by how beautiful the world is before the destruction of everything.

This deleted scene adds more charecter and personailty and forshadows what happens in Terminator 2 wish they kept in in

Michael Biehn is such an amazing actor. He does such a perfect job of portraying a traumatized warrior

Clearly Cameron took everything that was left on the cutting room floor as inspiration for the sequel. From dialogue, to themes to Sarah’s characterization. Both uncut films perfectly compliment each other.

Sarah was right .

This scene is too relaxing and killing sapiens. The Terminator is a high-tech thriller

Besides the emotional impact this scene has, it also shows the pre-T2, innocent Sarah, suddenly becoming the determined; I-wanna-prevent-Judgment-Day Sarah we know from T2. Even her fierce voice and screams sound like T2 Sarah! The fierce, determined T2 Sarah didn't start in T2. It started HERE. She became like Reese in this film BEFORE he died! I also like how the scene bridges the gap of why her mom was at the cabin.

Kyle's breakdown at the beauty of the world and civilization before it was turned into a bleak wasteland inspired me to appreciate our world for what it is. The things we take for granted aren't guaranteed

What a brilliant, brilliant scene!!!!!!!!!!! I first saw Terminator at like 8 years old, I watched it 100 times till now (I'm 32). I can't believe i never saw this until today, this is so emotional and so in tune with the whole theme and movie. Amazing!
