Create A REST API With JSON Server

how to use api in any project in vuejs. i know to make json api but and i know to make vuejs app,but i can't get api key to publish api into vuejs app, so need help

I am getting error on cmd window that file has changes reloading file in red color , i am updating json file after every 30 sec .cmd window automatically closes after several error . Does anybody know how to solve that ?

I have a question... Is there any way to "save" the JSONserver at 'global network' instead of "localhost" for free?
I'm trying to implement an application that every person needs to read some "table" stored online, and manipulate its rows (like add data/ search data/etc. ) , doing that with a localhost it is impossible right? because it will be saved only at the person phone.
