I've been playing around with it for a couple days. It works with the example driving videos, but if you try to use your own, it's not great. I was on the github page and this seems to be an issue. Hopefully, they release something to allow you to prepare your own videos to work with this.

You're only giving partial installation instructions. Python 3.10 must be installed first. It must be installed with a custom installation with the setting of Add To System Environment. Pip3 and Python will not be found without this. PLEASE MAKE YOUR INSTRUCTIONS MORE COMPLETE.
