Excellent information, thanks.
Be careful rotating the kallax storage cubes, they become very weak when wrong way up.
I learned the hard way.
All the best.

It struck me as funny when you said you get jealous of people with so much basement space downstairs. That’s my house! I was thinking a minute earlier how I felt jealous of you with so much cabinet space upstairs. Good prepping.

Just came across your channel and subbed. Great to see another uk prepper. Like you i started at the begining of "Lockdown" I agree with you about Porridge Oats, less cooking during power cuts. and i believe are still edible when soaked for a few hours. in a real emergency. Am now going to work my way through your videos. Good luck.

I SUBSCRIBED your channel very informative. But please watch things in paper oh my goodness the mice love chewing them to bits!! I put everything in glass jars to keep them away from my preps!! They also love to munch on cardboard unfortunately. Thank you for your video!

Make sure you are stocking good fats. Ghee, lard, Olive oil. All of those are vanishing quickly from the supply chain due to droughts, and cold weather. You need fat to prevent malnutrition. When storing powder milk, go for fat free. Fats in dried dairy will go rancid.

🥕🌶🥦🧅🌽🎃 Get a DEHYDRATOR, and have fun DEHYDRATING the abundance of seasonal produce. They all shrink considerably, and can be kept in glass jars with a tide lid. Must be completely dehydrated to the brittle crunch stage, like chips. If there is any residual humidity, if it can bend at all, eventually it will go bad and grow mold. Dehydrating is a wonderful way of preserving vegetables and fruit for later, and quite awesome when available space is a problem.

just a suggestion... I would stock up on some whole bay leaves... they are good to lay one on each shelf to keep little insect pests (pantry moths or mealy worms) from ruining your food... they really go after flours and pasta... change them out every 6 months... can you get canned chicken? that is good to make soups or chicken and rice. you are doing a great job!! and from one long time prepper (with a basement)... you are using the space you have which is great... so many say..." oh I can't stock all that ... I don't have room"... you are just doing it and that's great! don't forget to store water... this is the 1st video I have watched of yours and decided I would subscribe and follow along with you... thanks for the video ... stay safe and happy... your new subscriber Deb from South Dakota USA

I keep 6 months supply of toilet paper, knowing that we are ready if it runs out. Greetings from Bristol, Tennessee!

Great post, like you have found places to store additional, currently we are up around 35% to buy goods and like others have said, will only rise over the next few years. Have a vacuum sealer so on certain items where they are in paper have sealed them. Live in Ireland, corned beef is around €3.80 a tin (Lidl), so not a very cost-effective item to buy here. Found it interesting, only 319 likes 520 subscribers yet, 7.8k people have watched your post!

Hello, new to your channel. 18 months is Not enough...... You need for 5 years or longer unless you move down Argentina You need to HIDE your Stockpiles. Make a fake wall in front of your food shelves too. War will break loose within a year or so, so stay away from London.
Watch Canadian prepper, Alaskan prepper, and keep your eyes on worldwide news.

Alot of UK items in glass jars, vs here in US in tins & plastic.
Never saw hotdogs in a jar.
I take boxed noodles & placed in plastic containers. Have found (7) boxes of spaghetti noodles fit into 1 tall containers. Thus openings up more shelf space.
Same with macaroni noodles too.
Thank you for your video.
