Or you can make it way easier instead of 2 buttons you have one 1-0-2 switch and you do not need to turn off everything.

You are not mention how many amp of your 1 pole mcb and 3 pole mcb, including you contactor!

I need a continuous movement from forward and backward on each stroke.
The forward and reverse Connection will be activated at the end of each stroke.
