Im close to my 7 week , and i have severe morning sickness , throwing up all day cant keep nithihg down at all up until the next afternoon , ginger ale and small meals are helping me , and when i do have nausea im also having food adverdion at the same time and the food im thinking of that i dont want makes me vomit even more , i dont want chicken , spinach , and really anything i eat one day i hate the next , but im craving tomatoes cucumbers cheese and tacos and beef beef beef but i do eat alot of fruits too

Heavy lifting is perfectly safe in pregnancy. But only if it’s something you have done prior to pregnancy. I weight lift and do heavy weight training at my gym 5-6 days a weeks during pregnancy.
