Fantastic roundup, made it easier to make my rad-fan decision
ОтветитьNext gotta see Thermalright TL-B12 EXTREM, Phanteks PH-F120M25 and Cooler Master Mobius 20 OC
ОтветитьReally love to see just raw CFM and static pressure at low-med-high speeds without the irrelevant noise value. Literally do not care how loud a fan is, does it cool well? Perfect. So many carebears getting boo-boos and ouchies on their ears 😂
ОтветитьI have 3 of these phanteks fans including the one that came with the case, in my phanteks p400 case. Almost fanboying phanteks from now on
ОтветитьWhy do all charts start at 36 dBA? I'm not that much interested in the high speed performance but more in how silent my pc can get in idle scenarios as I also do a lot of office work without headphones. I'm not satisfied with my BeQuiet Silent Wings 3 HS because the minimum RPM at which they work is already to high for my liking.
Ответитьthanks a lot! shame i cant seem to buy the wonder snail and gently typhoon anymore (Europe)
Ответить3x noctua ippc 3000 4x nf a14 (2 in pc 2 i need to buy)
ОтветитьWould have been lovely to see push-pull configurations though a radiator.
Ответитьwhen is someone going to design a toroidal pc fan?
ОтветитьI wish T30 was plain black.
Ответитьidk man, i have arctic p12 and i was able to get them up to 3000 rpm
ОтветитьPlease review the 120 mm slim fans. Thanks!
ОтветитьGreat video, very informative and easy to read the graphs unlike some other videos I’ve watched. I’d really like to see an updated video of this, as some more performance fans have come out this year or have just been forgotten about over the past year, and I’d like to see how they stack up against these fans that have been out for 1+ years already. BeQuiet Silent wings pro 4, Phanteks M25 non DRGB, Noctua NF-P12 Redux just to name a few. They all have great specs and on paper, seem to match the some of the best high performers specs, but how do they really perform when tested, ya know.
ОтветитьLove videos like this!! Thanks for the testing
ОтветитьThe "PST" in the Arctic P12 title relates to the "Power Sharing Technology" rather than anything Pressure focused as suggested in the video. PST fans essentially let you daisy chain their fans together
Ответитьwe need a 140mm version of this video
ОтветитьI really would've loved to see the Noiseblocker eLoop B12-P included here. Do you have any experience with that?
Ответитьbest budget non-rgb fans in 2023?
ОтветитьIt would be great if you made another video like this for 140mm fans. Awsome video!
ОтветитьWOW! What a review!! Thank you so much Mike! This review will help us a lot!
ОтветитьBring back Chris Pratt!
Ответить2024 video please
ОтветитьWhy you don t compare arctic p12 max?
Ответитьplease test the otto sc12 and Gentle Typhoon GT3000/3600, it both are beasts
ОтветитьI have seven $30 fans in my case. The fans cost more than my case. So people will definitely use high end fans in their case just to move air. If you can afford it, wny not?
ОтветитьThis is the fan list sorted in value order. Value = (CFM / Price) * 1000

I love gentle typhoons but I can't run them because that damn BEARING NOISE drives me absolutely nuts. I can get away with a few of them if they're in an orientation/part of the case I where I can't hear that sound, but I've tried running 8 of them in a setup and I wanted to rip (the rest of) my hair out. A12x25 are my go-to, t30s for any radiator scenario. I'll add that the arctics are barely audible at max speed which is ridiculous considering the price point.
ОтветитьIt was really hard to see the differences of some of the lines on the graphs with the colors being so similar.
ОтветитьTF-12015-W please review this unique fan that offers 67 cfm while being 15mm thick
ОтветитьNo shame on you, I ain't watching a 20 min video just to see what fan is the best lol
ОтветитьThe Samurai Champloo Desktop Screen 😍
Ответитьholly shit the 3000 rpm is insane thanks for reviewing
ОтветитьN82E16835186207 is 3 pin arctic P12s, not PWM P12s. Steve drag Linus for less than this.
ОтветитьI've got the Thermaltake Toughfan 14 (140mm, but they do make a 120mm) they are static pressure fans. They have awesome flow and can push through any radiator or pull through any front cover. They're decently quiet and can ramp up to 2000 RPM! They will pressurize your case so you can catch any dust in your mesh intake screens.
They're rated for 113 CFM with no restrictions. (I get that all the fans in this test are 120mm)
Also, I paid $35 (US) for two on Amazon
For the silent wings you’re suppose to use the pro version for rads as it comes with the static corner attachments for rads.
Ответитьits not the pricing we need to know , we need the best cooler .
ОтветитьNICE.
ОтветитьI am building a full tower dual 60mm copper rad custom loop. The 8 Be quiet 4 pros did run about what the 011 XL case.
But for an emergency build in a Jonsbo Z20 I used the Arctic P12 PWM. Foolishly I bought them 1, 2 and 1 rather than the 5 pack. At first I ordered 1 + 2 140mm. Then before receipt, canceled the 2 140mm and ordered 2 more P12s. That put it at $30+ USD. Then the last.
But, what I particularly like about the Arctic fans is the minimum air flow at 200cfm. And, they will go zero db below 5%. Since the machine sits idle 99% of the time, I really like not sucking dust up into the machine. And you just can't beat the price. Fluid dynamic bearings, 6 year warranty. No, they don't have rubber corners, but they are very quiet. With the extra fans, they can turn so very much slower.
I'm a pretty big fan of both the $$$ Be Quiet 3 speed fans and these Arctics - but for different reasons.
And i just ordered 2 white ARCTIC P12. Thank you
ОтветитьI bought one of those noctua ppc-3000 for my exhaust fan in my new set up and she is absolutely a screamer, I'm really considering getting something else bec of how loud it is. Man does it move air though
ОтветитьMy PC is populated by 7 arctic P12 fans (6 intake, 1 exhaust) plus a pair of Arctic P14 Max behemoths as aio exhaust. The P14 max pushes a tonne of air and easily smokes the phanteks t30
ОтветитьHands down the best PC fan Arctic P12 MAX in 2024 for the price!
ОтветитьAfter 3 years P12 max should performs better than P12 by now 😂
ОтветитьSorry Noctua
But your fans are ugly
Black, white, grey could match many systems
But who loves beige and brown enough to theme a whole system that way?
Just 🤮
Be quiet silent wings 4 pro, super flower megacool
ОтветитьLove the Samurai Champloo on the monitor
ОтветитьAre there any anti-vibration gaskets like the ones from Noctua for the T30?
Ответить
