I sell a product to gas stations, most put a 40% profit margins with great sales. Others see the sales doing good and then they up the price to 50-60% margins but there sales for the item drops by at least 60%. Some get very greedy and it’s mostly the same demographic of gas station owners that do this.

I know someone who is getting old and needs to get rid of a local convenient store with gas due to health reasons. Where is the best place to market or post the business for sale. They are asking for 32k all inclusive they are in the same business for 19 years. This is the information I have at the moment 800 rent, they sell alcohol, beer, tobacco, lottery, grocery, automotive and miscellaneous. Decent parking and 4 gas pumps spread apart, walk in beer cooler, kitchen with hood vent, extinguisher and heavy duty outlets located in east coast va. on the app, there is a huge catalog, people choose the products that will show up in the store
