Today the Roman Catholic church is not having any trouble at all finding young women who want to become nuns. Where do all the young women becoming nuns come from today? No one knows. All we know for sure is that nuns are often professionals who work in the secular world too. The other thing we know for sure is that nuns are promised a lifestyle which does not include requiring them to birth sons who will be later required by their government to be joining their local military organizations.

What you state as FORCES! Was a liberating act by Reza Shah in a patriarchal society where girls had no right to even think for themselves out of the box of religion and being a sex object under their veil! They had no right to even choose whom to marry or at what age to marry on their own! Shah wanted them to study and be empowered as an Individual equal to men! Women in a Muslim country often have few rights, if any. In Iran, fa woman's testimony in court is considered half as valid as a man's, and in some cases, it is not accepted at all. Women cannot work in any job, cannot travel anywhere, cannot get divorced if they want to, are required to wear a hijab, and more.
