Ответитьso sweaty after this! Had to modify a few - like couldn't do start jumps or jump squats at the end because my legs were shaking! So i did butt kickers and pulse squats instead. Still. coming back! thanks!

My issue is that I'm often traveling and don't have a yoga mat with me and/or the floor of a hotel I'm not wanting to get down on....please make sure titles are accurate so I'm not getting only a partial workout! Thank you for your content.
