ОтветитьDon’t a lot of fighters do mid intensity jogs tho? Like you see it all the time boxers and mma fighters will talk about how they’d go on runs during camp I always assumed it was mid intensity or at least they mix in both low intensity and mid intesity jogs

So I do mostly free weight exercises but should I train for sarcoplasmic (12+ reps) or myofibrilliar (1-6 reps) hypertrophy ?? Or shoulders I do normal bodybuilding Hypertrophy rep range
