Ответитьi know im kinda late to the party and all but me and my friend wanted to start working out over the summer because next year is our last year of middle school and we wont have gym and as a person whos gym coach didnt make us do anything besides sit and do schoolwork during the period i really needed this me and my friend are goign off of three videos each day and today was day one of me trying it and this was the third video of today. i really think this is gonna help me get into shape and i just wanted to thank you because if it werent for you and my friend i think i wouldve ended up getting fatter over the summer and even more overweight then i am already. thank you

ОтветитьPosted 2 years ago but still serves a purpose today 😊 had knee surgery 4 months ago, been looking for light workouts to get moving, I refuse to gain the weight I worked so hard to lose back. Thank you for this, light on the knees-with some slight moderation- but still burns 🤭

Ответитьas someone with very painfull knees i gotta say that starting a knee friendly workout with an exercise that requires you to stand on one leg ( meaning all your weight is on one knee ) isnt really thr best decision
not trying to be mean but just wanted to point this out as it was a rather painful exercise

ОтветитьHow does being on your knees for some of these make it knee friendly? Also, I think my hips rotate out or something bc some of these I feel more in my legs or other areas and not my butt

I could use a lot, though unfortunately not all - with knee injuries 😞 Lot of them still had muscles on knees addressed. But I am very glad I could do some.
