HOWEVER, this video is very confusing as it often conflates vitamin K and vitamin K2. The author begins by saying that when he refers to "Vitamin K" he actually means "Vitamin K2", but is not consistent throughout the video, and so the viewer is left wonder "Does he mean K or K2?" Because I'm familiar with the difference I could follow along, but I'm sure the novice will be very confused. This video could use some serious re-work. I'd have to rate it 3/5.
Wonderful info. After watching this video a few months ago I went to the store and bought magnesium L Threonate and a K2/MK7 + D3 supplement where the K2 & D3 were combined in the same pill. After daily taking these with a tablespoon of extra virgin organic olive oil for a month I began noticing that my mood was much less irritated/ grumpy , much less anxiety/ jumpy. Now after three months of taking daily I feel like my normal self. So I have been going through most of my life wondering why I feel like I’m always on edge or irritated now I realize it has definitely been a lack of some combination of magnesium, D3 or K2/MK7. I’m 59 years old, male ; exercise every day/ very healthy, eat a healthy diet however this video has been life changing for me.

ОтветитьOkay you need to look at what is written and what you say! You are saying mcg when it is written milligrams (mg=milligrams not micrograms) (micrograms= mcg) look at your video and see how stupid you sound saying micrograms when it is clearly written mg!
ОтветитьI was taking about 270 mcg of MK7 K2 for three weeks, and with that had chest pains and maybe palpitations and my resting heart rate went up. I stopped the supplement and resting heart rate came back down and symptoms lessened. My blood levels of potassium were low, and chloride high - trying to fix these now. Why could this be? I’ve heard similar stories.

ОтветитьHigh D3 without K2 MK7 will put it in the wrong place, K2 MK7 is the problem (there is a very thorough Japanese paper that DR John Campbell did on this issue). Also I found to assist with the uptake Tri-Magnesium Citrate in low doses (I take 900mg once a week) helps the liver to process both. You can look that one up. My daughter is a pathological scientist she takes 10k D3, 180 K2 MK7 every day. The thing is in the Japanese study, all these old men that had over a 45 nM onboard was the knee point, the K2 MK7 shows tumor metastasized level dropping by 45%.
ОтветитьIs there a place you can have your vitamins tested thru the mail. I talked to the Dr. (student at clinic) and they have skirted around the topic. I have not figured out why other than they are working with the old teachings and we are working with new information that is not in "standard" practice yet. Thanks....

ОтветитьYour suggestion of "best" magnesium is not the best at all. it is Magnesium Oxide and Glycinate. Oxide can cause digestive issues and is a cheap filler companies use. So 1/2 oxide and 1/2 Glycinate (which is what you want) is them making this cheaply.

ОтветитьInteresting, but I'm confused. When you're speaking about needed daily intake you're giving the amounts in micrograms (mcg?) but the video shows it in milligrams (mg?) It's not a big leap to convert but, which is it, mg or mcg?
Ответитьnatto is mostly always sold frozen so it is NOT true that the benefits of K2 are destroyed from being frozen.

Aside from food sources, I take all synergistically chelated Vitamins, Minerals, Antioxidants and Enzymes from Essensa Naturale Buah Merah Max (BMMax), a concoction of 7 superfoods: 1. buah merah (pandan fruit) 2. guyabano (graviola) 3. mangosteen 4. beetroot 5. malunggay (moringa) 6. wheatgrass 7. barley extract (gluten-free). ОтветитьHmm, so freezing Natto destroys vitamin K2. My Asian food store only sells frozen Natto. I guess I have to make Natto myself then or find a store that sells it unfrozen. Really very good information. Thanks.
ОтветитьD is not a vitamin, it is a pro-hormone and requires LDL cholesterol for its synthesis.
