ОтветитьOnce you get abs, they never leave. I was 300lbs in high school. Worked out, got down to 206 by the time I was 20 and could see 4 or 6 of my abs (depending on the time and day) and a hint of obliques.. By the time I was 33, I was back 300lbs but I can still see my top 2 abs, and can still count them under my fat belly. They are still well defined, but covered. Abs never go away once you build them because you are constantly using them without even knowing.

ОтветитьDon’t know if this is an old video but “abs are made in the kitchen” went viral like 8years ago. Also I’ve noticed it too, most body workouts automatically engage the core making you work your abs regardless.

ОтветитьI used to have a very similar core when I was very serious about training, I never did abs.
I always believed all you needed to do for abs are squats and deadlifts. It worked great for me, maybe not everyone though, who knows.
Abs exercises are pretty useless. Whith some basic core exercises and a healthy diet you can have abs. Also, leg day is abs day also, they get very engaged while doing leg workouts.

ОтветитьWorking out abs doesn’t give you abs, losing weight does. However ab exercises does help a lot with endurance and core strength obviously but also with how well you perform in body weight exercises in general.

You can’t magically lose all muscle in 30 days and he was already lean so 30 days dieting is not going to have a measurable effect either
