ОтветитьIsn’t it interesting.. I can’t get in enough calories if I don’t do the cream and cheese 😳 I am super full on 700-900 calories and I can’t lose weight eating that little. I add in the cream and cheese and I can get much closer to my TDEE and lose weight and have much more energy

I’m eating the way you used to, and am having success, but I’m seeing that I will eventually eliminate each stumbling block, one at a time till I’m clean. Fasting and praying is good, too. ОтветитьLoved your video. New to carnivore and can’t believe how full I feel and how fast the initial weight loss has been. My knee, back, ankle, feet and various joint pains have subsided greatly. Sleeping better, feeling like my younger self and makes shopping and meal planning as easy as it can get. 30 days in and dropped 30 lbs. Southern California in August of 2024. Fortunate enough to have a great swimming pool for my mid morning fasting state HIIT cardio along with the battle rope and kettle bells. A mid evening walk appreciating the Mayberry 2.0 neighborhood and sleeping incredibly well. Started implementing my weight training and heavy bag for strikes and kicks- alternating days. Thankful every day I stumbled onto Dr. Ken Berry to make my plan and stick to it.
Ответитьha found another of your vids. i have some kind of extra ordinary problem and I am still on the carnivore diet ( i don't really call it a diet ) so next feb , 2025 will be 2 years for me. except for i go dirty carnivore every so often like you were saying. Like once or twice a week. i am type 2. have been since 2008 when my appendix exploded while I was up in the mountains and I didn't think it was that, I thought it was possibly what my friend was saying it was kidney stone. so I went 3 days before i was told to go to get help. my wife was on vacation in another state with the kiddos. My elderly Mom in law who does not drive was here, she was worried but could do nothing really. I was told in what seemed like a real audible voice ( GO RIGHT NOW TO GET HELP ) crazy i know but it happened, i had a fever so hi for so long it was insane and still got in the car and drove my broke ass to 2 different clinics, the first one said they would not help me and the second one made me sign a paper that said they never touched me and then told me to go to the ER. ( yup! Sent me out the door! but not before they told me I need to hurry because I was going to die ) anyway, 25 minutes later I was getting cut open on a emergency room table. and lived. of course. anywho.. when i woke up I asked why i could not feel the top of my right leg ( the skin was numb ) doc said that is your diabetes. I said i don't have diabetes and he said you do now. so wow crazy. had to stay in teh hospital for 6 days, I did not get eat all , i didn't realize i could live for 6 days without food. new docs put me on crazy drugs and started bloating up like crazy over a few years i was up to 320 pounds , sleep disorders, i was in pain 24/7 all my joints hurt, I had crap for energy and so on. i was thinking i was not going to make it.
i could go on e with stories of these doctors but it;s too long this is too long now. here is what i was getting at though. I can't fast for more than 12 hours and I didnt know why/ it;s still hard to figure but after putting pieces of other peoples problems that match something like mine all together i think I figured i out. when I am 100% carnivore i burn the crap out of some fat, ( I am not on any diabetic meds at all right now and I am not stable or doing well so don't get me wrong LOL ) if I fast my blood sugar goes through the roof. and i think it is because my liver is doing it;s job so well that when i don't eat for that long it starts to convert what i am storing in my body to sugar like i was eating buckets of ice cream with a snickers spoon. so i guess i have to turn myself into super man to get better is what ia m thinking because even though i am a big man, apparently I don't have enough muscle to burn this stuff off correctly. <-- i mean that is my guess. i think I might have lost so much muscle mass when i was on all those drugs i just haven't got the engine power to run this skeleton.
this is a nightmare really. have not worked in forever, for anyone but myself anyway, i could not afford meds even if I wanted to, i stopped losing weight about 4 months ago and am stuck at 275. i thought that liver thing i was talking about might help someone else who feels like carnivore is not working for them like everyone says it should. i think it will will work when i am healed enough to have my body equaled out. like im pushing jet fuel to a small car and the transmissions broken.

ОтветитьI could see it making sense to cut out sauces and spices if you were not losing weight at all, however, I don't think you can blame the sauces for putting all your weight plus more on after your first attempt at carnivore. Most likely you were on too much of a caloric restriction and your metabolism slowed right down. This is one criticism I've heard of carnivore is that you just can't eat enough protein with meat to meat maximum caloric requirements.

If you on top of that do breathing wim hof style you gained even more health...blow life into you soul and you eat less too!! Stay positive!

Ответитьfinanaly a real video, i worked with this lion/carnivore diet for over a 2 years, cheating and was thinking i doing it good,making process. . Now im on week 9 and and its done its thing!!starting to hmm loosing it on weekends eating shit. at the same time getting punished for it. . . im feeling so great but. . but still do it! im on the edge, so nice to find your channel!!! now im gonna go all in!!! and of course fallow you!! thank you!

I did keto for 2.5 years, fasted, all that. Lost good weight but not like “everyone else” on keto. Relapsed on some honey butter rolls at
TX rdhs & blew it. Still can’t bring myself to get back on anything & my wt is out of control. I have managed to do OMAD - so that’s a start.
Your video has helped me understand that even though I was “doing well” on Keto, I could’ve done better without the extras. I’ve been thinking about fasting again and carnivore this time. This video has inspired me. Thanks a lot & best wishes to & your wife - all the sweetness either of you need is each other!

ОтветитьI was losing 1 to 1.5 pounds a day eating green vegetables and chicken breast along with a lot of exercise. After a few weeks I switched to carnivore and I gained back 3 pounds and after 3 weeks I have lost nothing at all.
