I enjoyed your video and thanks for sharing it. However, I disagree with you that the bullet that killed Jesse remained in his skull. I say this because of two reasons, first if you look at his death photo you will notice what seems to be an exit wound above his left eyebrow. Also if it did remain in his skull, why wasn't it found when he was exhumed? Again I enjoy all of travel episodes.

Why are criminals revered and talked about so much in the United States. That sends a message to American children that if you want to become famous forever just rob and kill. Then, American children are offered war game videos to learn how to kill like Call Of Duty. No wonder there are so many mass shootings in the United States. Here in Europe we do everything possible to not highlight criminals. In the U.S. Adoif H1tler has full specials constantly on the history channel. WTF !!

I always confuse Jesse James and Billy the Kid. Jesse 1847 - 1882 age 34, Billy 1859 - 1881 age 22.

It's sad he grew a beard. He would have looked like the famous Jesse James from his younger days if he hadn't. He looks so different with the beard, that it's hard to believe the photos of the dead Jesse are really him.

In the museum at his birth house, there's the top of his original coffin, and the bullet that he was killed by. Archeology digging at the original gravesite found the bullet in the remains of the coffin, as Jesse was removed from it at one point.

The actual item he was dusting is now in his original house he was born in. I do believe that when he was dusting the glass, he did see Ford in the reflection, stand and point his gun at him, as depicted in the movie.

My dad told me that his dad had a talent for telling stories. Apparently, grampa had a job “on the road.” When he got home (Fredericktown, MO), he’d regale the stories that he’d heard about Jesse James to the local men.

Hello all. Maybe someone could answer why the coins on Bob Fords headstone?
Is it the same concept as putting coins over the eyeballs of a dead person? Meaning that the dead person has the fee it costs to pay man who meets you when you die so he can guide or show you the way to the pearly gates?

Did the Fords beat him over the head repeatedly before shooting him? that cranium looks like it has multiple fractures. Ive always thought that the older pictires Jesse James show a strking resemblance to Robert, Bob Younger whom died in prison. I read a book that was based on some papers that were found at a garage sell or thrift store that was supposedly an interview of Jesse by Mark Twain. I cant remember the name but it was a very good read.
