How long does it take USCIS to make a decision after RFE

on April-2022 USCIS confirmed that they already get RFE, how long it will take to make decisions? Please let me know

Hii. Can someone who is a derivative asylee, go back to their home back just for two weeks to do something really important, after they get their green card? Or is it not recommended for derivate asylees to go back and will they be granted entry when they come back to the US?
