ОтветитьThe trick to pouring your tea without spilling is to tip both the teapot and the cup at the same time.
ОтветитьBC Bring CASH $$$$$$$$
ОтветитьVery beautiful video
ОтветитьWhat is the price of the fishtaco?
ОтветитьDid you guys happen to run into old Harold Delaney? Heard he's not much for breakfast but loves to play Scrabble.
ОтветитьBeautiful 🎉
ОтветитьWhen did you visit Victoria?
ОтветитьI spent 3 month on Vancouver Island a few years ago and I was really missing it. Thanks for helping me relive it! Victoria is a wonderful city
ОтветитьI live in Vic and think you guys portrayed a perfect day in town. Well done. I loved your enthusiasm and learned a few things!. I do think it is a shame that you didn't get to capture the city harbour in more sunlight. Too many cloudy days here! When its sunny, the inner harbour, Dallas Road beach promendade, and James Bay area are magical. Hope you come back!
ОтветитьWe are taking our new camper van on it's first adventure to Victoria in June! We have ferry reservations and a campsite reserved for 5 nights at Goldstream CG.
How did you like the campground? Do you remember which site you were in? It looks very private and quiet.
We enjoyed your Alaska journey and the video of our hometown, Spokane! Cheers!
Hangry beautiful ❤️
Ответитьoh, nostalgic vibes. I am heading to Vancouver Island in June. I can't wait to get up to the picturesque, Elk Falls. First of all, I am flying into Vancouver in June. I am taking the ferry across from Vancouver Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay Victoria. I'll stay with a childhood friend I have known since grade 1. I will rent a scooter and travel around Dallas Road. After a few days, I'll rent a car to go up the island to Campbell River to visit family and friends. I am definitely going up to Elk Falls. After a couple of days, I am going back to Victoria. I am super excited about the trip. Thanks for making this vlog. The internet appreciates it.
ОтветитьLiving in Montréal now after 53 in Victoria, l sure miss it. G.
ОтветитьI am also a 5th generation of Victoria. It was better back in the day. Rent wasn't a mortgage..lol 2,000 a month for a one bedroom we pay for the pretty
ОтветитьI get free merchies all day at work..lol
ОтветитьHow do you guys find such amazing places to eat? We are full timers and foodies too! You guys must have an inside scoop for food! 😊
Ответить👍👍🚐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍👍
ОтветитьGreat video covering some of Victoria. Not sure why you spent so much time on particular food items though. I want to see the city, not details of a few menu items at a few eateries. Overall, good video of the city's highlights.
ОтветитьHey, I'd like to make a suggestion. Could you compile all of the animal footage of your trip up to Alaska? It would be good to see.
ОтветитьAdam’s old British lady voice is the best! You crack me up.
ОтветитьAdam, you cut the scone the wrong way! Nooooo!
ОтветитьСпасибо. Вы очень милая пара. Очень интересно и познавательно.
ОтветитьI know those vibes
ОтветитьSuper cool video! Thank you for sharing! 🙂
ОтветитьMy first visit to Victoria was in August of 2003, and I LOVED it. I've been back twice since then. Finally got to stay at The Empress, and we did get "fancy" and do high tea lol. Next time, we'll stick with Murchie's though, I about fell out when I got the check after tea at the Empress!! LOL. Victoria is definitely one of my favorite cities! Thanks for sharing your adventures,, gives us a heads up for when we visit the places you go!! 🙂
ОтветитьSo, guys, I love Canada! If I were to choose other place to live it will be Europe, but my first option outside Europe would be Canada!
I'm from Vitoria, Brazil. This city is also a beautiful island. It's capital of the Espírito Santo.
Take care of yourselves!
Good video 👍
ОтветитьFollowed your recs and tried red fish blue fish. Chowder was so good!
ОтветитьI'm sorry but, you put milk in the tea!!!??? Eeeeeeewwww 🤢🤮
ОтветитьThe great thing about Victoria, Vancouver island there is no Coyotes, so lots of Rabbits , Deer , and peacocks around ,
ОтветитьNice vídeo. Next time you come to victoria, come to milestones inner harbor for dinner. Look for me there. Thanks 😊
ОтветитьAdam, what did you do to that scone?😜 Cut it horizontally and you can get wayyy more jam and cream on it. Also I see you are Devon not Cornwall. Cornish people put Jam first then cream- apparently so does the queen👸! Love your videos. 😀
ОтветитьLoved this one! And the music was ON POINT. We're passing through Port Angeles this week and it's taking every ounce of our strength not to jump on a ferry to Victoria right now! 😅
ОтветитьMy husband and I stumbled on to your videos about going to Alaska. We actually live in Alaska and we're curious about where you are headed when you get here. Stay safe 🙏
ОтветитьVictoria, very beautiful it's super I was two times ,Vancouver island it's fantastic. Beautiful place to be .Thank you ,very beautiful episode.
Greetings from the garden island 🏝 Kauai
The island is beautiful but it sucks!!! Lol. Everything is expensive, the infrastructure is garbage, you have to rely on BC Ferries to leave, I can't wait to move back to the mainland!!!
ОтветитьAwesome that you enjoyed the city I wanted to thank you for aknowledging the first nations of the island as a indigenous male it's important to maintain our culture
ОтветитьThanks for sharing. Come back anytime.
ОтветитьI live in central island and love your video of our Capital city. I only get to Victoria twice a year or so. You are right Butchard gardens is expensive and not a must see just because it's a cruise excursion. I've been there 3x in 30 years. Lol.
Hatley castle, governors generals house both have lovely gardens you can see at no cost. And yes Beacon hill park is ocean front and amazing. You captured the city well. Well done!
Niagara Falls? In BC? You sure? Lol. Simply gorgeous, though, just like it's namesake.
ОтветитьOnce again … GREAT video guys. I was in Victoria last month on my way back from a cruise to Alaska. However, we arrived to Victoria very late and I was not able to see a lot. But now thanks to your video, I can see I missed a lot of cool places to see. I guess that’s a good excuse to go back there right? 😁
ОтветитьDid you folks get to try a Beavertail? Those things are awesome!!!
Ответитьnice video!!😁
ОтветитьI've been to Victoria many times over the years, but only really explored it in full while on vacation the past two summers. I've always wondered what Red Fish Blue Fish was like (it always has a lineup), but you provided me some inspiration to try it out (I'll be there again in about 3 weeks)! Some other food spots to check out on your next visit - The Blue Fox, Floyd's Diner and the BC Legislative Dining Room (Fairmont Empress quality food at a very reasonable price).
Ответитьhi friends i am joko from indonesia.
waauw vuctoria is stunning and awesome
this place is highly recomended to visit.
waterfall, landscape..and we re refreshing by drinking coffe
I remember visiting Victoria as a kid and I declared it as "my favorite city in the world!"
ОтветитьVictoria blew up as a city during the gold rush in the Klondike, Chinatown and the area around it was wild. The colourful buildings on Lower Johnson Street were "hotels" - actually brothels - and being adjacent to Chinatown, it was an area where opium and gambling dens were plentiful. There are supposed to be a number of old doors and passages (now sealed off) that allowed customers of the various illegal establishments to escape from one building why passing through others. It's said that a deal was eventually struck and police would arrive in their horse drawn wagons, but they would start ringing their bells (before the days of sirens) an agreed number of block away from the area to give people the opportunity to run. It's the nicest part of the town, as far as I'm concerned
