So I have a few of these where I live. They have been working extremely well, until the power went out and back on. Now I’ve gone from getting 500mbs to not even a full 1mb. Is there something you have to do if power goes out or if the router gets unplugged?

Why can't you directly plug a power over Ethernet into the switch instead of having to use an additional adapter.

My Q is that you connect your AP to your router in order to activate it in a way and then if you want the AP to be to a specific area or room you just take it and plug it to the room u like correct ? They don’t need to be wired to the router...or this is a catch?
