ОтветитьOkay I gave this workout a whirl and it literally killed me. You would think less than 10 minutes would be easy but this is far from easy. I had to stop multiple times. I have ADHD and I struggle with lengthy workouts. I get bored easily and can't stay motivated to fight through a long workout. But this was quick enough that it kept me plugged in and I felt accomplished at the end for finishing.

ОтветитьI tried this workout about a year ago for 30 days and I saw amazing results. Tomorrow I'm going to challenge myself into trying it again for 3 weeks (21 days, everyday).
My current measurements are:
Left thigh 61 cm and 50 above the knee
Right thigh 61 cm and 49 above the knee
Butt 100cm
I am going to measure myself once a week . Can't wait to see the results 🤩

ОтветитьNot loving the negative language in here... it's not about hurting to 'look good' surely this should be about helping our bodies to get strong and healthy? Looks should not be a focus. This is why fitness videos can be difficult for people who had eating disorders in the past, the messaging seems to be geared to thin is what you want over health. She mentioned health a couple of times but the focus was definitely about looking good.

ОтветитьThis should be titled "...Fat Burn...for those who already burned off fat". I am not sure how a person with a larger physique and joint issues would be able to do this. Sadly many exercise videos are titled/claimed to be targeting those who wish to lose weight. But, once you try the moves you realize it's for someone who already lost weight.

ОтветитьThis is a good workout. My only recommendation is it would be nice to see someone with a less toned physique in the video too. Seeing people already toned easily doing an exercise that is challenging for someone who is looking to lose weight is demotivating

I did not expect to have good results from this treatment nevertheless I ended applying it anyhow. I could not imagine exactly how fast the exact result it going on. This proved helpful than I’d ever anticipated or expected. Trying this thing is absolutely worthwhile..

ОтветитьJust finish all the 30 days and I am so happy because seriously it’s one of the hardest workouts I’ve done. It literally made me drip with sweat and it never got easier. “Find your inner ballerina” were the most petrifying words.
BUT it really worked. Not only I got slimmer but I found that my legs got a prettier shape. I think it also had a huge effect on my hips and saddlebags. I will be definitely use this workout from time to time in the future.
Also I thought that the presenter looks like teddy from grey’s anatomy😁
Does this exercise work for intermediate fitness level?

Ответитьa tip for beginners: just try to push yourself in the first two rounds: it is the toughest: remember you feel burn and pain you start to work.
so just push yourself: if you cant do the cardios fast, take your time: forcus on doing it right as the right reps count and not the fast wrong ones, so just take your time for doing it. and when you get down, it gets easier, try not to move your core in these rounds, work your legs: the one that is still gets the work, and the one that moves, push yourself.
you'll get super heavy legs which makes you heavy to walk and move your legs but that is when it starts to work
Does anyone know how long all exercises go?
ОтветитьThis is a gem of a leg workout. Been doing well over a few years and still feel my legs light up!! I hold onto 8 lb weights in each hand to take it up a notch, and my legs feel like they tone up so fast. I’ll do this along with the other 30 day fat burn videos, or as a leg finisher after a cardio session (run, step, bike). Consistency is key so don’t give up! Keep doing it! You’ll see results fast!
