Pixel 5 and 4A 5G review: classic Google

Google needs to support their Pixel phones for more than 3 years when it comes to updates. That's the only thing keeping me from basically buying my dream phone; an Android phone straight from Google with pure android as the OS, no bloatware.

Which one value for Money

I just bought a Pixel 4a 5G to replace my still good Samsung S10. The main feature for me is continuous unlimited upload feature for Google Photos beyond June 2021. Google can now add this as a killer feature to its spec sheet.

I just got the Google Pixel 4a (5G). So far so good. I like it but having it for one day does not say much. I had LG L6 that finally gave up after 6 years of good use. Hope I made a good choice. M.

Coming from a n iPhone 6 i am thinking of upgrading to the 4A/4A5g can anyone outline the main difference between them. As i don't quite get the difference other than one phone being able to use 5G.

In 4a, I get 6SoT DAILY !

I think that the extra battery life is for those people that are working on their phone perhaps. Because it would help them.

I consider the pixel 5 to be the workhorse pixel. Battery and responsiveness are massive, not point have a fancy smart phone if the battery dies within a few hours

Reviewers always complain ! Most of you don't use all the features available you idiots

Does the 4a 5g have dual SIM slots?

I like pixels's camera, The other Android phone take unrealistic colors, and the selfies make u smoother and whiter a bit racist, How ever pixel provides real pics real tones.

For me they cut out the most loved things such as: squeeze sensor and the vibration motor. I feel good about them keeping the back quality material.
All I want from google is a new pixel 3 feel with a better battery, that's all.

I switched from Samsung 1 year ago cuse to have a decent of good experience with that brand you have to have the most expensive of Samsung. I had Pixel 5 since 7 month and i love it, every day.

YOU CAN MAKE IPHONES FOR 200 TO 400 DOLLARS SO THE PRICE IS JUST THE PRICE TO INCREASE PROFIT. LOOK AT THE IPHONE INCOME NOT THE SALES. IT SOLD LESS BUT INCREASE PRICE MADE MORE PROFIT.

Truth is how often will you use all the extra features? So price is the main factor when making a decision.

Google Pixel 5 - Just got this baby! This is a great buy and there's nothing to regret. Most importantly, call quality is just fine. Nothing to worry about but of course I have had better. If you are willing to buy this phone, go and get it. The Adaptive Sound option also improves speaker quality but not the call quality. However, call quality is pretty ok. I have used in quiet, noisy environments and found nothing wrong.

You are over reacting for some features.

I pray to God that the 5a will be the same as the 5 with the same size and battery and I would even take the same processer, but just give us a better camera without the other cheap cameras that you never use and I would be a happy man with that phone

Google disbanded the higher quaity photo process just a few weeks ago, why I will never know as their older process could even make decent 8"X10" I guess now maybe even the 4X6 photos will suffer as well? I personally think for the price they are charging for their phones they should maintain the quality upgrade for photos as that is the main reason I bought and still have Google phones...

Why don't reviewers realise most people put a 4a5G in a Google case, so two minutes about finish means ... nothing.

Watching this in retrospect on my pixel 7 pro. Honestly I miss my old Pixel 5. I should have skipped the 6 and kept it for a second year.
