H5P video player with Azure Media Services

This demonstration shows how Azure Media Services (AMS) can be leveraged as the repository of source videos to be played back by the OSS video Player like H5P. The advanced capabilities of AMS like multibit rate encoding can be leveraged to allow the end-user to sustain a better experience of their learning video even during remote learning from their last mile low bandwidth connection and low capability devices and browsers.

Azure media player is a VBR (Variable bit-player) video play back player. It is well suited for automatically supporting the sustained view experience of video play back even at low bandwidth last mile connection that is typically the case with students and staff engaging in remote learning and working. ITs combination with Azure Media services the recommended choice of technologies for use of video embedded in applications downstream.
