I was at the garden a year ago and was also fascinated by the pomegranate hedge!

Laurent's ashes were scattered in his garden there. Not sure I would have the nerve for that balloon ride.

The garden in Marrakesh is so beautiful. My favorites were the cactus and fruit trees.

I've been to Marrakech and the Medina. Morocco is a magical country. Volubolis, an ancient Roman settlement, was amazing. Glad you all went!!

What an amazing garden. I did my balloon ride in Goreme, Cappadocia, Turkey. I had a 4 week budget holiday in Turkey and this was my one foray into luxury. It was magical and I have never regretted the expense. Never been to Morocco and have been back in NZ for some years now but I dream of a fabulous holiday back on the other side of the world and Morocco would surely be part of it. Thank you for sharing.

Although I said it before ( that I much prefer being at Lalande rather than vacationing anywhere) this trip to Morocco has been my favorite travel destination- So beautiful from the rooms to the restaurants and finally that AMAZING garden!
