There are two infamous things as talking to India nation:
- Modi government sent assassins to assassinate innocent people in USA and Canada soil.
- All of scammers are from India.
That is all we North America knew about India.

It is so funny as Indian scammer said he has legal system back up by getting recording voice etc so funny as a thief is protected by police

I have got multiple calls from scammers from India but as soon as I told them that they call a Russian Mafia boss and they try to scam me all the calls suddenly stopped. There is a very nice way to talk to these scam bags. Don't be shy. They begged me not to do anything bad to them. Ha ha ha a little bluff worked

Do Indian Police Authorities do anything about these scammers?

If its an Indian with a western name like "richard" put the phone down it's not rocket science , if you are a legitimate company then employ locals or your customers will put the phone down, they will soon get the message

I always feel uneasy on a call with a support person named John or Jessica with an Indian accent. If companies cares for their customers, bring the call centers back to the US so we can talk to the real John or Jessica.

I guess alot of indian students who study in the west end up becoming scammers in their country, a stark difference to where chinese students who return from the west are focused on building the countty's tech n economy goals

I'll be honest. I immediately hang up when I get a call with a South Asian (Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, Bangladesh) accent on the other end. I don't care if it's legitimate.

The other criminals in these scams are the Indian police. They lack the knowledge and the resolve to do what's right. I can bet that many of them are being paid off. This is why there are so many scams in India and minimal consequences there. There should be an agreement between governments where the criminals can be handed over to the country where they commit crimes. I'd love to see these losers try and talk their way out of that in prison. 😆

The interesting thing is that the scammer threatens lawyers and lawsuits. The "not minor" issue is where is he going to report and who has jurisdiction over the alleged crime? ... It sounds like when little kids threaten another kid by saying "my dad has a cop friend". 🤣

The whole country is divided by caste and religion and grreed for money that not even the government which has many corrupted agents within them or its forces or law can do anything to these scumbags. They are in many forms. Some of them are real.CEO's of huge American corporations. Their mentality of scamming people have been there for millenias. These are not the original honesr people of India. Just like what is happening to USA at present after the huge illegal migrants.
