Google Sheets Athlete Dashboard | Part 1

Just purchased the Google Sheet from your website. Everything seems to be working correctly except the leaderboard is not populating the "athlete name". All testing data and other info on Leaderboard is correct, but the name boxes are blank. Any suggestions?

The only problem i'm having is with the dates. It does't track down the entire row. Only the first two.

on the data tab you only use 3 names and a lot of stats/dates. I have 18 athletes. I have to list each one with all those dates?? I'm only "testing" them 3-4 times a semester. so do i need dates of test for each individual athlete??

In order to do all this stuff, did you take a data analysis course? Or what textbooks did you read to understand all these concepts?

Just a quick one, in the firs formula of the video =ARRAYFORMULA(if(A2:A <> "", ARRAYFORMULA(VLOOKUP(A2:A,'Athlete info'!A2:F,4, FALSE)), "")) it shows up as error saying: Did not find value '1' in VLOOKUP evaluation.

Coach, I have a large number of athletes. Is it possible to filter the athletes names by their sport on the KPI Dashboard to find athletes easier? In excel, I'm able to use the INDIRECT function within Data Validation, but with Google Sheets it won't let me. I've added a dropdown box for Sport on the KPI Dashboard and now trying to figure out how to make ONLY the athletes for the sport I select, show up in the drop down box in B3. THANKS!

Thanks for this coach! When I’m transferring data and tests, is it important to keep dates in a specific order? Also, there are many times when the date only has 1 test, so there are many empty cells. Is that ok?

First off thank you for these videos! They’ve made a big difference in my programs! I’ve finished the whole tutorial but when I try to add more tests it messes up the trend reports. I can’t figure out how to fix it.

What would the array formula look like on excel?

Coach, awesome work! I've completed all of the videos and it worked great(I just made up 10 athletes and put in numbers in each test). What is the easiest way for me to convert my current data(from google sheets) into the data page? For example, if I only have a Fly10yd from a particular group of 15 baseball players on, say "2020-02-04", will I leave all of the other data blank?
