What dim % and height would you run seedlings at Im very new and I had mine at 30% at 36” was wondering why my plants look kinda small. I bumped it up to 50% today still at 36” don’t know if that’s still too little though

You get what you pay for. Is there a warranty? Is it running at 100 percent? Corner s are to low . How many diods does it have . ? I wouldn't buy it. Other 8 bar LED par readings much higher like spider farmer and Mars hydro cant go wrong

I recently bought an Aray 4, and got it shipped from Ireland to Canada in less than a week. While I was evaluating it, Shane did a video on the Viparspectra XS1500. I ended up buying two of those instead of another Aray 4! Now, I've purchased an Aray 12 (actually just 3 Aray 4s). I bought these lights because I trust Shane to be straight up with us, and I also trust the knowledge that went into designing the lights. I plan on using all 4 of these Aray 4's to light a 4X8 tent in flower. What I don't understand is why Shane is so eager to brag up the 'competition' and risk losing sales. Maybe the philosophy behind it is to always be honest and just let the chips fall where they may. I'm guessing that building trust over the years has been rewarding enough that Migro is just sticking with what has worked so far. For me, the actual dollars spent per amount of light delivered is not the only consideration.

I run the / Grow Light Science PROGROW 850 & wonder how these would compare to each other? I'm really enjoying. my Grow Light Science PROGROW 850 It is in my 5x5 and working great W/ Top-shelf light output (PPF), spectral distribution & light spared! Can you externally mount the driver on this? ->PROGROW 1800 LED? SO, no dimmer built into the Driver on this PROGROW 1800 LED looks like its external dimmer?

I’m buy Samsung horticulture led ver 2 and really happy. Biggest red chip I’ve ever seen. Simple and high efficiently diy led with best price/quality range for worldwide market. At 700ma they don’t need radiators

Why do you calculate par at levels wgere it will burn plants?

I have been eyeing this since it went on sale. The new Medic gro Spider 8i is a tad more but the par display is about as even spread as anything I've seen. So the question is how important is even spread of light ?

Extra $20 for dimmer, also no delivery to Aus. Coincidentally, that 440 would be US$ - so the exchange rate would make it $650 AUD. Not to mention shipping costs, which would tip it over the $700 mark (although they don't ship here anyway)... and the ppf isn't really that amazing compared to something I could get for $700.
Nonetheless, good to see prices coming down on LEDs, so long as the quality doesn't go down too.
