It helps if you tell what type of tablet, and which programs you are using. Looked like apple tablet, and you did day Revit likely for one plan. But you know there are so many choices that people are looking for that too. Good video

You never covered the actual measurements, why do they have something like: 14/6x16/1 What does that actually mean when they label a room like that. I mean, I can guess it's 14/16, but what exactly is the 6x and /1 mean?? This is basic info, you didn't cover it!

The thickness of the walls in the floor plan takes into account the thermal system, i.e. wall isolation?

On the first drawing the only dimensions you get are like (17-6 x 16-0). I just started learning floor plans in CAD and I’m seeing these types of dimensions as well, i don’t understand them. Can you explain pls?

What are the thick black boxes on the outside and inner side of walls. Iv been seeing em on alot of floor plans and dont wanna miss anything

I think it’s important to understand the full role of an architect, and steer away from “architects makes things pretty” because that is not the case. Architects are responsible for making spaces functional, while catching the eye of the inhabitant(s) by making the structure aesthetically pleasing.
