Watching on the replay from Colorado! You mentioned on the video about one of your birthday cards you received looked like watercolor or a retired Stampin' Up product that you sprinkled on to look like water color. I remember two retired products we had: Pigment Sprinkles (Watercolor Crystals) in little shaker bottles and Brusho Crystal Colour that also came in little bottles.

Lovely gift card,love how you use stripe of paper to make your tree,its very effective and love to do this as well,the powder you are referring to is called brusho powder and I love the effect shaking powder onto paper and spray water does 😊❤
