i have 3 questions regarding the loudness and the protective foil it comes with, as well as the claim that it has 16 gb (mine only has 11gb)

1st) my doogee is not very loud when listening to music through headphones, my previous phone almost could be double as loud as this one. you said you had no problem with the loudness. when i first put the volume higher the phone mumbled something about "eu guideliens" and i think i skipped it (turning it off), but i am not that sure. i cannot find this option anywhere anymore. could it be it has something to do with it? do you really had no problems with low/quiet sound?

2nd) also my doogee has some sort of protective foil on it, which was on it when i openend it (and i dont mean the strange "wrap" it was wrapped in the box). somehow it has some scratches on it now that look almost like scratched glass. it took me some time to realize it seems its only on the protective foil. its so strange with the scratches, since i didnt even done anything to it (i didnt let it fall, i didnt handled it roughly ore similair). i am tempted to think about if the protective foil is just garbage or is meant to be removed?! what have you done with it?! did you experienced similair? from the looks from the video it seems you also have it still on it, so im very curios now. i usally really like protective foils, and im so stunned it got scratched without me even doing anything to it.

3rd) on the box and everywhere it states it has 16GB, also when i look up into the device itself, it says it should be 16GB. but i only have 11 GB of space when i plug it into my computer, and it is also full when reaching the 11GB limit. so is the 16GB claim just a "scam"? i think 11GB is still ok and i can live with it, but still, why the fuck does it claim to have more. i feel like cheated in some way.

install a 3rd party firewall. Android system files connecting to Chain servers via backdoors. U can google the ip addresses detected by the firewall (don't use the firewall recommended by doogee. use a trusted 3rd party firewall).

The X5 Max Pro only has 2 finger multitouch, right? Does the Cubot Note S have support for more fingers?
