Yep, still runs even with both system and registry edits. Just terminating via Process Lasso at this point.

I have unnamed the gamebar exe as you said, but still keeps opening the gamebar, what can I do?

im having awful fps no matter what settings i play on
low setting ultra no matter what my fps drops are awful
lets take fortnite for example when im fighting my fps goes down like crazy or sometimes when i turn, my fps goes down like crazy
ive always had problems with my pc when it comes to fps is there anything i can buy to increase my fps or atleast stop the fps drops.

Mine was named: GameBarPresenceWriter3 but when I renamed it, a new application appears and is called: GameBarPresenceWriter5 ??? what does this mean.

After I changed the owner to my email adress for the second time (in the registry editor to be able to change the value) is it not necesarry to change it back again to the system?

Full control is greyed out when I do the “check name” thing. So I had to click “inherited from” trusted user and then it worked

Just a reminder if you ever did the sfc/scannow command in the command prompt as administrator to fix corrupted files, it will completely undo this optimization because Windows will think that the gamebar presence writer is corrupted so you would have to do the optimization again which is why I wouldn't recommend doing this unless you care about your PC's health.

On Windows 10 never had a problem I just disable gamebar.
