great ideas jump 5mins onwards
ОтветитьI've only just heard of plyometrics BUT I watched the video 📹 & I really enjoyed it, thank you for sharing. 👍
ОтветитьI haven't done plyometrics since high school. I'm in my mid 20s now and want to get back into it, build back some explosiveness and speed for sports and stuff, but I don't really know how many reps/sets of each exercise is necessary. Are there numbers we should be aiming for?
ОтветитьGreat video brilliant for any athlete in almost any sport and beginners I’ll give it a go
ОтветитьThank you! Great video!
ОтветитьYou surgically transplant your thigh to your neck 😮😮
ОтветитьWho's this Buzz Lightyear lookin dude
ОтветитьIs there any standard on how many reps and sets to do?
ОтветитьThank you for the great video, but how many sets and reps? How many time per week? can we do it the previous or next day following a leg training day?
ОтветитьI like how for the last one you are on your phone in the back. It clearly took a few tries to get it 🤣

ОтветитьMy best box jump was 48". I've been hitting 42 and 44 consistently in my mid 50s. Have a few vids posted as proof.
ОтветитьBadass video. I’m headed to the gym now and will use this progression
ОтветитьPls cover - how do we recover from pain, avoid injury etc.
ОтветитьHow many reps and sets would you recommend doing for the ground work progression?
ОтветитьThx for explaining in as much detail as possible, not just the movements, but how/why they work. I’ve recently started doing plyos for hockey, and the exercises are good; I am already seeing improvements, but it helps to have that detailed understanding of how that stopping energy is harnessed. I feel like explaining the stop in terms of ninja stealth helped me visualize the flow of kinetic energy; how it’s kept and harnessed from one movement into the next, rather than lost in a clumsy, abrupt stop.
Ответитьwhat are some stretchers I can do before doing these?
Ответитьmissing upper body plyos...
ОтветитьThank you great video
ОтветитьI feel like I can do those with practice. Not that I don't think I had the strength for it but my coordination might be a little off lol. I've just never done it before. The one I may not be good at is the depth jump. I could never get too high even in martial art but always wanted to get better at it. I may have to try some of this stuff since I need to learn it. Trying to become a personal trainer and trying to learn as much as I can on how to properly do more variety of exercises.
ОтветитьJames 3:10 From the same mouth come blessing and cursing. My brothers, these things ought not to be so. Also Jesus is king God is king.
ОтветитьI'm trying plyometrics and HIIT at home again, after my physical therapist told me to. This was a good introduction! I had surgery on my leg 10 years ago and it's still smaller than the other, lol. I used to do ballet, and the jumps remind me of it actually.
ОтветитьMy knees hurt watching this :(
Hopefully im nearing a full tendonitis recovery so maybe I can move to this soon
These are great exercises for beginners. Also if someone wants to do freeweight training these are good for them to let their body recognise movements
