I think the engine used here is too small for the large size of the shredder blade. I want to build a PTO version for the back of my tractor. I am going to find a large flywheel of a diesel engine and bolt the blades on to that. Also I think having the chute come out side ways will be better then the top. Then I will use a pulley system to speed up the 540 rpm from the PTO so there is more stored energy in the flywheel so the branches can't stop it easily. Not sure what RPM to use but I think I can see smaller shredders use direct mounted motor speed of around 3600 rpm. So I will try for around 3600 rpm and see how that works. I also want it to work as a leaf loader so I am going to make the fins larger/deeper and box them. I will use hardened tool steel outer edges that bolt on with backstops so the branch can only feed in a small amount. This way I can shred branches and then use the center intake for suction to pick up my tons of leaves into a rear mounted dump box to transport them to the burn pile.

Машина хорошая 👍 но чтобы её сделать нужен механический цех хорошего уровня . Такое оборудование врядли найдётся у каждого в гараже 😭
