ОтветитьI read what is in his diet and supplements. He DOES TAKE COLLAGEN. This is not Vegan. This is from an animal source, likely bovine.
I believe there is also some type of fish oil in there.
Of course I have no issue with this as I do the same (I am definitely not vegan), and these two items are some of the most essential bare minimum’s of animal foods imo. Plus I would add grass fed butter or ghee.

What’s the one things humans have been eating for the last 2 mill years, yep meat 🥩. Agriculture only came in 12k to 10,000 years ago before then it was a Lille bit here and there. ОтветитьHe's still getting twice the protein than the majority of Americans are consuming. Telling people we are good is just WRONG and DANGEROUS! We dont need to eat the 1 gram per pound of body weight but we should be striving to reach higher numbers than the RDA says, which is a joke and is really what the average person is probably consuming less than.

ОтветитьPeople that are conscious about protein intake, such as gym rats, tend to overeat them (And by overeat its like equal or more than 1g per pound of bodyweight). But the people that aren't conscious about protein intake such as normies, tend to undereat them (like less than 0.5g per pound of bodyweight. That's my observation.
