I live in AZ and my hot tub can get to 106 during the summer. What I do to cool it down is open the lid for a 1-3 hours in the morning and it cools down to 99. I’ll do that every couple of days.

Once I turned this on it stopped the salt but we still use ours in the mornings.

Why can't you just turn down the temperature setting, then at least the pump would still circulate and keep making Chlorine. I guess if your goal is to cut total energy costs vs just making the temperature more comfortable in blistering heat , then the summer mode might help.

My jetsetterLX is a 2024 model....does not have a removable control panel and I can't seem to find a "summer mode" option...????
