I am sorry, but this looks unnatural. Smile lines are shaped like somebody is pulling her eyes to the sides. I guess there was too much tension after your work during the recovery period whcih resulted in this skin stretch effect.

I wish she wasn’t smiling in the after so we can see the face rested in comparison it’s suspect she had to smile probably because the difference is so minute.
