This method is outdated.

"Fair well to Fluster
after this patch, we have no way to bring fluster back for UWP, unless Santiago figures something out, then we will keep you updated. but it is time to move on to bigger things as rune will continue to focus on it's goals to finish rune for the web client. As i ancc this we will no longer continue support for fluster! time for bigger and better things for the web client

due note: we are still partnered with kiwi, and we will be bringing rune to the public soon for the web version."
