Never download anything fishy, clean my laptop everyday, and suddenly the window 11 crashed ? Wtf

It happens when ever I start my game. What happen is that it first freeze and sometime it show bluescreen and sometime it just shut down directly and sometime it remain freeze for long time. And I want confess that I installed window 11 in unsupported pc. And whenever try to reinstall window 10 it's freeze in between installation of window 10 every single time. Even small load on pc freeze it. And yes my cpu past I think is dried too. Is this causing problem? Pls reply.

My laptop keeps crashing I've checked task manager and it said cmd and system was eating up my cpu ram and disk I've done everything else but I'm doing the memory diagnostic right now I'll tell you the results but I don't have much faith as recently its been slower for example most game went from 300 fps but now barely peak 150 and I've not even pushed any of my hardware at all I've kept all my apps and games down to performance to keep it smooth and fast but it's still over the time came to this
