I have seen almost every episode with John Stewart since 2000 to 2015. I have seen less than 10 episodes of the show since Noah took over. It just wasn't fun any more.

He's leaving rather than being fired. Because he is bad for businesses and he is not funny. His shows revolve around trashing others. This is negative and divisive. We are better off without him. Only the under educated will miss you.

I may not agree with everything but he was entertaining and did his job really well.

The Daily show was holding Trevor back. He's much funnier than this milquetoast show would allow him to be. He didn't have any talented correspondents like the previous hosts to raise him up. He was trying to hold up a crumbling structure all alone. I'm glad he left. Very smart move.

I never watched one episode or full clip of the Daily Show w/ Trevor Noah and I have not missed anything

When Trevor replaced Jon Stewart, I'm not gonna lie I was pessimistic about them replacing someone I had grown up with. I'm glad to feel the same way about him as I did with Jon now that he's gone! He truly made it his own with his personality and humor. He won a lot of people over, and he deserved it. I hope he does everything with his life that he hopes to. Much love from San Diego

This show was Jon’s calling, while for Trevor it was one of many avenues to showcase his (honestly growing) level of talent. I absolutely loved his tenure, and the more diverse perspectives he naturally brought to the role, but you could always just kinda tell that the format of the show really limited his ability to showcase what he’s best at. He’s a legit comedian, not just a political satirist that’s at his best when he’s taking on the weekly news cycle.

1. Nobody watches cable anymore. Its 2022, people stream now.
2. Comedy central has been in scramble/crisis mode for years now in regards to their identity
3. Trevor Noah was never really all that funny to begin with. His "jokes" were more or less just the same recycled political jokes time and time again.

I think Merrick Garland is going to indict Trump on the 7th of December 2022, the day before your last show on Comedy Central. Your last show is on the 8th of DECEMBER 2022 right? If your answer is yes, l am 99 % sure of my prediction, maybe it is intuition 😉 maybe something else...l am not in contact with Merrick Garland.
