Does this work if i want lean skinny legs & a bubble butt? Will this bulk my legs? Also, what am i doing wrong if i feel this all on my thighs😭

Great one! I liked that it had no weights and wasn’t rushed so I was able to focus on form. I also am surprised how much I felt the burn with the deadlifts.

Thank you! My son found your video for me and I love it. I am almost 53 and a former aerobic and Step class (yes the early 90s Step😖) instructor, so my knees are awful. This workout is great- no knee pain!

these knee friendly workouts are awesome! years if martial arts bball and skateboarding and just doing a lot of physical labor jobs have my knees dead at 28. Crunchy af and hurt after a long day so i dread doing leg day because of squats and lunges hurt my knees but these no squat no lung ones give me are the best! i stopped doing lower body for the longest time but now I can do it without the fear of being in even more pain

Those were good exercises, but they were too painful on the front of my pelvis, even with an extra pad. Maybe didn't work for me because I'm older.

can't thank you enough for these knee safe workouts, I really wanted to do abs/legs today but for some reason my knee was bothering me. so I just did one of your ab exercise videos then came over to this one to finish my workout <3

oh this one is AMAZING. it doesn't let you "cheat" like a lot of the other ones do, it forces proper form

also, those stomach glute lifts...I couldn't even lift my legs off the ground when I started doing Pilates with you. now I'm able to keep my feet levitated for 30 seconds!?!?

thank you for everything...I feel like I'm just getting started 💜

This is PERFECT!! I am gradually trying to build back my lower body strength after hurting my knees and this was perfect! I also injured my foot a while back, and finding lower body workouts that don't aggravate it is difficult too.

This is so great! Would love to see more videos like these that target the supporting muscles and lay off the quads for those with knee pain / sciatica - hard to find a killer workout that gets the heart rate up and makes you feel like you’ve really worked, but doesn’t just hammer you with squat jumps and burpees (normally great, but not when the sciatica flares up)

This was awesome, Maddie! Thanks so much for all of your hyperspecific workouts. Sometimes the hardest part of working out isn't the targeted muscle burnout but the joints supporting the rest of the body parts you're isolating! My wrists and knees usually don't have a good time, but at least my knees were safe today as they continue to recover!:)

Had knee injury last year and was looking for workout to strengthen muscles around the knee so that they could support the knee to not overload. Unfortunately knee friendly for many is jumping and for me is vice versa while jumping is okay lunges and squats horrible after 1 repeat, so I´m happy to find this one as I was able to carry on without skipping the repeats and able to do all without modification. Thanks! and yes please more!!

So happy to find this but after 2 partial knee replacements physical therapy says getting on my knees is not in my future. So we need a modification if u don't mind. Other than that Awesome workout.
